Psychological support for the whole family.

The Emotional Health and Wellbeing (EHW) program is a general counselling service for women from 14 years of age. The EHW program can help people experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns that may be impacting on their daily life. We encourage people to discuss their mental health concerns with their GP or health professional and seek a referral to this program.

Our Perinatal Mental Health (PMH) program is a counselling service for expectant or new parents (0 – 3 years of age). We require a referral from a health professional, such as a GP or child health nurse to access this service.

The South Coastal Family Abuse Advocacy Support Team (FAAST) provide counselling for women and children experiencing or at risk of experiencing family and domestic violence. Clients can self-refer to this program, children from 6 years of age.
