Jessica is a Registered Psychologist who has completed her Masters in Psychology.
Jessica has experience working with people of different ages and backgrounds who are experiencing or have experienced mental health difficulties. Jessica has experience with a broad range of mental health issues including depression and anxiety, stress, emotion regulation difficulties, relationship difficulties, unresolved trauma, and adjustment difficulties.
Jessica adopts an open, collaborative and client centered approach in her work. She aims to help empower people to understand and take ownership of their wellbeing and development and re-engage or continue as active members of their communities.
