Emotional Health and Wellbeing Group

The Emotional Health and Wellbeing workshops are open to anyone who wishes to attend, however, there is an enrolment process and the workshops run for a period of 6 weeks per term, each week building on information and activities from the previous week. So we encourage you to attend all session to get the most benefit from the workshops.
