We offer a range of counselling services for women in the areas of:
Emotional Health and Wellbeing
Our Emotional Health and Wellbeing counsellors provide short term general counselling for women on a diverse range of issues including:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Grief and loss
- Relationships
- Mindfullness
- Parenting issues
- Past trauma
Perinatal Mental Health
Our Perinatal Mental Health (PMH) is a counselling service for expectant or new parents (0-3 years of age). We require a referral from a health professional, such as a GP or child health nurse to access this service.
Family And Domestic Violence
Our team can offer counselling to women and their children who have been affected by family and partner violence. These situations can be very distressing and result in trauma – this is where we can support you on your journey to recovery.
South Coastal Health and Community Services “Family Abuse Advocacy Support Team” (FAAST) provide counselling for women and children from 6 years of age experiencing or at risk of experiencing family and domestic violence. Clients can self-refer to this program.
