Emotional Health and Wellbeing
Emotional Health and Wellbeing – Individual Counselling
The Emotional Health and Well-being (EHW) program is a general counselling service for women from 12 years of age. The EHW program can help women who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns that may be impacting on their daily life. We encourage women to discuss their mental health concerns with their GP or health professional and request a referral to this program.
We offer individual counselling and support groups for women to improve their emotional health and well-being.
