EHW
The Emotional Health and Wellbeing (EHW) program is a general counselling service for women from 12 years of age. The EHW program can help people experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns that may be impacting on their daily life. We encourage people to discuss their mental health concerns with their GP or health professional and seek a referral to this program.
PMH
Our Perinatal Mental Health (PMH) program is a counselling service for expectant or new parents (0 β 3 years of age). We require a referral from a health professional, such as a GP or child health nurse to access this service.
FAAST
The South Coastal Family Abuse Advocacy Support Team (FAAST) provide counselling for women and children experiencing or at risk of experiencing family and domestic violence. Clients can self-refer to this program, children from 6 years of age.

How to enter our Service
- To access general psychological services under the Better Access initiative please make an appointment with your GP and request a Mental Health Plan (Item 2710). This plan allows you to access a Medicare Rebate for 10 appointments, which gives you back most of the cost. Bulk Billing is available for concession cardholders.
