This service provides a range of health services for Aboriginal people. Our team of friendly and experienced staff can help support you with:
- Adult Health Checks:
- Blood pressure checks
- Blood glucose monitoring and testing
- Weight management
- Advice on nutrition and exercise
- Stopping smoking advice
- Advocacy
- Home visits
- Transport to specialist appointments
Advocacy
We understand that sometimes you may just need a helpful person to support and advocate for you, perhaps with Centrelink, Housing, Legal and other services.
Emotional Well-Being
We all need someone to have a bit of yarn with as we work through difficult emotional times. One of our community mental health team members can help you.
