Healing After Trauma
Our Healing After Trauma groups is designed to help individuals recover from the impact of trauma with a focus on safety and self-care. The program is designed to increase your understanding of the impact of trauma, increase your capacity for self-regulation and ability to regulate trauma-related symptoms and develop a sense of mastery and empowerment.

Healing Yoga
Tailored for trauma survivors, this practice merges ancient yoga wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques, fostering a secure and supportive healing space.
Cultivate your mind-body-spirit connection, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance your emotional regulation. The group aims to support the development of healthy coping mechanisms and boost your self-compassion, self-esteem, and self-acceptance.
