Emotional Health and Well-being Group
The Emotional Health and Well-Being Group is scheduled every school term and provides an opportunity to focus on one’s own self-awareness journey and health and wellbeing. Different topics are focussed on each term. Previous Groups have focussed on mindfulness, grief and loss, emotional regulation, self-esteem and nutrition focused mini workshops to support health and wellbeing.
