Are your children anxious and struggling to overcome stressful life situations?

Our Onwards & Upwards therapeutic group for children aged 8-12 years old, fosters resilience and personal growth through engaging activities that emphasise coping skills, assertive communication, problem-solving, and protective behaviours. While not a traditional play therapy group, we incorporate interactive play activities alongside structured art projects to encourage learning in a supportive environment
